Privacy Notice

This website is operated by MB Consulting, a Limited Liability Company registered in Qatar (CR 239542), Doha. For the purposes of Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy, MB Consulting is the controller for the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

The site sets no cookies and uses no accounts, analytics or tracking. Like any website, it is served from hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) whose systems record standard technical server logs — such as IP address, requested page and browser type — for security and operational purposes under Cloudflare's published terms; we do not use these logs to identify visitors. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send (your address and message content).

How we use it

Your email is used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal data, use it for marketing, or send unsolicited communications.

Infrastructure

The site is served by Cloudflare; our email runs on Google Workspace. Both operate international infrastructure, meaning data they process may be handled outside Qatar under their published terms.

Retention

We keep enquiry email for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, and periodically delete what no longer needs to be kept. Technical server logs are retained by the hosting provider under its own published retention periods.

Your rights

Qatari law grants you rights over your personal data, including access and correction. To exercise them: privacy@mbconsulting.qa.
